Communication was great and our guys worked hard, but ultimately the U-Haul was poorly packed, many of our items were damaged, and our floors were scratched.

Helpers we're friendly and worked hard despite the rain and managed to get a lot done with few incidents. Disbatcher communicated well and did their best to get me the help I needed, my only real complaint is that they could only round up two helpers for me when I asked for three.

Overall movers were fantastic and very careful with everything. The only problem was miscommunication somewhere from UHaul about the length of time booked. I booked 4 hrs and paid for 4 hours but somewhere miscommunication and one crewmember had to leave after 2 hours leaving just one crew member, but I would like to convey both Pierre and Deonray were FANTASTIC and communication with them to me was great... we would definitely work with All Smiles Again and will most assuredly refer others to them as well.
