2.5 hours late!. Broke our recliner. Did not come with any dollys and had to move everything by hand so it took way longer. They said we would be the first job and then when that didn’t happen, they kept saying they would be there in 30 minutes again and again. Would not use them again or recommend. The 2 guys that did move our stuff were very nice at least.

The movers were very professional, helpful and efficient. They handled our items with care. Would definitely hire them again. U-Haul however held up the move with the pod not being ready when the movers were there to pick it up.

This was the worst moving help I’ve ever encountered. I attempted to verbalize my experience with U-Haul workers after using them, but they said they had nothing to do with the movers, so I decided to wait to submit my findings in order to prevent retaliation. During my experience, I was sure one of the employees was on drugs. He broke the garage door at the storage company I was using after aggressive force. I called the storage manager to apologize and told her I felt scared. She said she would continue to monitor me for my safety through the cameras. She also asked me to please never let them back on the premises. During the move, I observed one of them tryin to pick up a queen size mattress, a vacuum and a lamp by himself. He would continually drop things after overloading himself. He even threw a medicine ball at the other employee. I was terrified at the carelessness of the workers. Please don’t let others have the same experience! It was anxiety producing and embarrassing.
