I hired another moving company through this app and the workers were careless with our belongings, and the owner wasn’t much help either. However, Always Awesome movers handle our belongings with care and were so professional. They had the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time. The owner Curtis is amazing and helped us every step of the way. He made the moving process so smooth. We would highly recommend Always Awesome movers and cleaners over again and again. This company saved my move!!! It was last minute for me and they came through in a big way! I had a last minute transfer to a new unit and had planned to move with just myself, my sister, and a truck. The night before when I booked the truck I figured with a bad knee and back movers might be a big help. Boy was I right! These guys were great! Very efficient and professional, going above and beyond to help me move! I’m so grateful to them for everything. One thing I would like to mention is communication. Sending an ETA is very important, especially if you might be late. It gives customers with anxiety peace of mind. Overall I had a fantastic experience and will definitely book again if I move in the future!

We needed help unloading the truck and the team provided great service! They were quick but also careful while moving our stuff out and putting it inside the house. Owner was great at communication and accommodated us even after hours of delay due to us getting stuck in bad traffic during our move.
