Alex and his partner were incredible!! We were moving our stuff out of a storage unit into a PODS container. I was so worried it wouldn't all fit, and I was also nervous because I couldn't be there and had to have my cousin be there in my stead. I very clearly worried for nothing!! We also had a SNAFU with with the timing of the container delivery, but they were so patient. I can't sing their praises enough, they earned their high reviews for sure.

I sincerely wish the same two people had been available for the unload. I went with a different company on the unload bc Major Moves was not popping up as an option for that area and the other company damaged multiple pieces of furniture Major Moves loaded easily within an hour. Highly highly recommend Major Moves.
