Alex and his team did a fantastic job unloading 3 U-boxes for us. They were able to do it on very short notice (booked them Saturday for a Monday unload due to a mixup with the HOA restrictions). Communication was great. They worked fast. And they were optimistic and professional in conversations. I’d definitely recommend them! They were honest and conscientious moving our things and helped put the bed and table back together. Shout out to Aidan for working on his dad’s moving crew over the summer! Good to see a father & son team working well together. Recommend Major Moves!

Alex and his crew did a fantastic job! Despite not being able to fit everything on the truck, which wasn’t their fault, there is no doubt in our minds that no one could have gotten more things packed into our moving truck than Alex and his crew. They deserve six stars for the hard work and effort. Not one of them ever took a break, they worked tirelessly to get the load out done in time.

A bit disappointed with professionalism and breakdown in communication, but overall they got job done. Owner confirmed prior to move that movers would assemble bed frame. On arrival, movers told me owner did not communicate to them they would be assembling bed and did not bring any tools. When the move was complete, movers offered to bring out trash to dumpster. When I dropped the truck off and opened the back of the truck there was my GIANT bag of trash with the movers empty bottle vitamin water in it. GROSS. I was very disappointed. The back of the moving truck is not the dumpster. I tipped two guys 40 bucks a pop for getting the work done in UNDER two hours and I end up taking their trash to the dumpster. Owner was receptive to the feedback. Thank you for getting the job done, but I would not hire again.
