Crew was a bit lazy. They was seen on their phones, taking a smoke break rather than unloading, didn’t communicate they were taking a break. Refused to carry a tv stand that was slightly loose even though I was aware of this fact; our own friends were able to carefully move the item. Overall unprofessional. Wouldn’t use again.

I appreciated the company's communication - they kept me updated about their arrival and arrived on time as scheduled. During the move itself, one of my side tables ended up with a large chip after falling off of a dolly, which I didn't realize until after the movers left. I'm not sure if the movers didn't notice the chip or chose not to disclose it. I would have appreciated an acknowledgement and an apology if the movers noticed the chip. Outside of that, the service was fine
