We've had a bad experience with a different mover, so we were nervous about reserving Right Choice Movers for our move today. Fortunately, they really ended up as the right choice for us. I asked that things be wrapped in the protective wrap and only a couple things got wrapped even though I was personally wrapping things. I brought out ziplock bags and wanted the screws from each item to be placed in bags and taped to the item they came from so I know what screws went where. The screws were just left in a container in my house all mixed together. Apparently I selected three hours not realizing it and they did not mention that they booked another move after when they arrived. So we were all just taking our time and I was notified at the end of three hours they would need to leave soon. Fortunately they helped me unload the truck though, I appreciated that but was annoyed with how we got to that point. We unloaded in a hurry so things aren’t stacked in the most space saving optimal way.
