I am horrified that UHaul has any affiliation with this company. They kept increasing my cost, and ultimately wanted to charge me a total of 15 man hours to load a 5' x 8' UHaul. When I asked how they could justify such an exorbitant charge, they asked me if I wanted to cancel. This was around 9:30

Eddie and Mike were quick and very polite. They mentioned they were still learning which I would say they could use more loading experience. There was a lot of empty space throughout the truck the could have been packed more concise.
