The movers were scheduled to arrive at 1130am, they arrived at 2pm so I moved around my schedule. It gets much worse unfortunately, one of the movers spent majority of his time standing in the truck and taking phone calls ending in I love you while the other mover was doing all the labor. Even I jumped in to help. Once the move was wrapping up, the unprofessional mover told me if they go over by 15 minutes he will be charging me the full hourly rate of $100. When I asked if Jimmy the owner was aware of this he told me that’s just how it is. After they left I spoke to Jimmy the owner and he confirmed this jerk was trying to extort me. The owner was very apologetic. Although I appreciate the apology moving is a stressful process as is but this experience was violating.

Jimmy is on top of things. Extremely responsive, helpers were on time, assessed what they were doing and got to work immediately. Had my 15’ trailer unpacked in an hour. I would highly recommend them for your move.

Jimmy was good with communication and his folks showed up promptly which was great. There was some communication issues with the movers not following directions that well. I did book the service for two hours but stated it will take roughly an hour and the movers were rushing because they booked another job an hour into the job which was not okay. They did complete unloading everything but it felt a bit rushed.
