The owner communicated well. We paid for 4 but only 3 showed up so they ended up giving us 30 minutes for free. It took them almost 3 and a half hours to load up the U-Haul that fit both storage units we had (2 bed 2 bath house). The owner called us saying the movers said it would take a few hours to unload but we could not afford to add too much additional time. We paid for an additional hour and helped unload the truck within one hour. Giving details in case anyone needs to have an idea of how much time you need to reserve for your space! The location for delivery was a mile away from the storage unit so there was not much drive time spent.
