I cannot thank these guys enough moving can be very very stressful, but they made this the easiest part of moving for me the attention to detail the way they packed and wrapped my things like it was their own if you are in need of movers and you are in the Charlotte area please do not hesitate. USA Movers did an excellent job with my move. Their communication was proactive, professional, and personable. The movers handled all my belongings with care and went above and beyond to make my move go smoothly, including by asking where I wanted items to be placed in the room. Luke was fantastic, professional and communicative and went out of his way to help us. He communicated very clearly throughout the whole process, starting with confirming my online reservation, and sharing his live location with me on the morning of the move to see where he was with my pods. When they showed up, my baby was napping, and they were extremely considerate, staying quiet and adjusting their normal way of doing things to accommodate and not wake her up. She slept an hour through them moving everything out of the house! They were quick and efficient and careful with our items. I had a misunderstanding about how long we'd have access to our Pods (our fault, not Luke's) and he went way out of his way to change his plans and help us out- completely above and beyond assistance! We would 100 percent hire him again and recommend him to anyone. Thank you Luke!

Luke and the team from USA Movers were outstanding. They communicated prior to move day and arrived on time. They planned the packing so we were able to everything into 2 U Boxes, we’re very careful not to damage anything, and completed the job in half the time I expected. I’d highly recommend them.
