The 2 gentleman that come out was outstanding. So my review is of their boss. The boss who never id themselves, no introduction no direct replies to questions failure to inform their own workers of the job requirements, failure to give their workers the proper support ie dolly, moving squares, equipment. Failed to notify when the workers was to show up due to them being late. Failure to notify their workers they would be moving a piano and failure to send the proper amount of people to handle the job. When I had to step in and help due to the lack of direction, equipment and man power to proper handle the job. Its completely uncalled for. As the customer i shouldn't have had to lift a single item but due to this incompetence of their boss I had to step in. I have a injury that I shouldnt be lifting, but to sure my items were moved correctly and without damage. I helped. Completely unacceptable for a company. If you are thinking about hiring them I would recommend someone else.

The Movers Unlimited men you sent (JP and Murphy) to load our household items onto our 26 foot truck were careful, efficient and gracious. We recommend requesting these two gentlemen whenever you need help loading or unloading your possessions.

I received a text the day before saying something about the operation. I forget the exact words. I did not now what it meant so I texted back the when and where we needed them and that they would be moving boxes from a storage unit into a Uhaul truck. The next day, they are not there at 3. Texted asking if the were coming and was told NO. It did not say why, just NO. I texted back asking why, and was told it was because I did not answer the question the day before. I said I had no idea what it meant and asked, What did it mean. It turns out they wanted to know what they were moving. I told him again what they were moving and he finally responded that he would send them. It was 340when they got there. The 3 guys looked like they were homeless but they were nice and had the truck loaded in less than 45 minutes. I cannot describe how pissed we were to pay that much money and have to deal with a rude person.
