I received a text the day before saying something about the operation. I forget the exact words. I did not now what it meant so I texted back the when and where we needed them and that they would be moving boxes from a storage unit into a Uhaul truck. The next day, they are not there at 3. Texted asking if the were coming and was told NO. It did not say why, just NO. I texted back asking why, and was told it was because I did not answer the question the day before. I said I had no idea what it meant and asked, What did it mean. It turns out they wanted to know what they were moving. I told him again what they were moving and he finally responded that he would send them. It was 340when they got there. The 3 guys looked like they were homeless but they were nice and had the truck loaded in less than 45 minutes. I cannot describe how pissed we were to pay that much money and have to deal with a rude person.

The company never reached out to me to confirm time. I had to call them & they text me back. Then on moving day 10 minutes before the move time of 6pm dispatch cancels due to one of the workers being hurt. Then an hour before the rescheduled move time of 9am dispatch reaches out and ask if I could pay them $50 cash to add a 3rd mover because the weather was too bad to now do with 2 people. However today is not raining or snowing just a little cold but sunny. I declined seeming that this move was just done 4 months ago with 2 workers in less than 2 hours with lightning moving. I still ended up having to pay for an additional hour AND help them move. The 2nd guy was of age and could not keep up. He was constantly tripping over everything. Tripped up the steps. He would’ve fell if the mattress didn’t catch him one. He busted his forehead & left the bloody napkin right in front. He was fatigued halfway into the move before I purchased another hour. The other guy FANTASTIC! No complaints!
