Kyle was on top of it all. I wish UHaul would have told me i needed a padlock snd key. That wasn't Kyle's fault. His communication was clear and up front throughout the entire process. I eould hire again.

I had very worst experience with moving help. When I booked the u-box along with pickup and delivery It was conveyed to me clearly for the same day delivery and pick up container I had to pay extra amount $245 and for next day pick up the container only charge $120. I had paid $245 even though the container was picked up the next day. I called U-Haul and moving help customer care, but no body took the responsibility and 24- hour runner service provider told me he will only pick container next day, I spend entire day on call with U-Haul and moving help customer service. It was a frustrating experience. I was really upset. I had to pay extra amount to pick up the container. Here moving help does not follow the contract and also not ready to refund my extra amount.
