The men that came to load were very knowledgeable and professional. I scheduled 6hrs figuring I would finish up. The 2 of them had 7 pods loaded perfectly, really... perfect, in 5hrs by them selves. Couldn't ask for a better crew. Cost was a little much I think per hour ($125), but overall amazing. I'm really had to please by the way. Great job!

We have used Ballard's Biz twice now. Both times to upload 26 ft trucks to the brim. TJ knows what he is doing and it reflects in all of our possessions making it in one piece during a state to state move. The office staff, specifically Monica, was a pure pleasure to work with when setting up the appointments. I would definitely hire this company again!

Rocky and TJ were so helpful and went above and beyond with taking care of my move. They gave extra care to the specific items I mentioned were important to me. They were in time, quick, and friendly. They finished the job in less then two hours at ease having a one bedroom move to the same side of town. I will be using them again and really like their professional service. Thank you so much for your help and on Such quick notice being able to book an apt right away. They are responsive and communicated everything along the way.
