JPC Best Movers did an excellent job of helping us move. They were very efficient, careful, and hard working. They wrapped all of our furniture to ensure that nothing was damaged. With three movers they were able to move us out of a two-story, 3-bedroom townhome into a 3-bedroom rancher within 4 hrs. However, communication with the company was difficult. Three days before our move we realized we would need a third mover. I called mulitple times, left a voicemail, texted, and emailed in order to see if it would be possible to get a third person. I did not receive a response until the day before our move and even then, they said they couldn't know for sure if they would be able to get that third person due to the heat. It was only on the morning of the move when 3 people showed up that I knew how much help we would have. Aside from the difficulties with customer service and communication, I would highly recommend this company for the actual moving help.
