On the scheduled day, only one mover arrived to handle the job. Because of this, he was unable to bring my wardrobe upstairs, which was the only reason I paid for moving service in the first place. The mover acknowledged this limitation and assured me that he would return later with additional help to complete the job. Based on this promise, I agreed to proceed and trusted that the service would be fulfilled as discussed. However, he never returned, and no follow-up communication was made to resolve the situation. As a result, my wardrobe remains sitting on my driveway with no protection from the elements, and the service I paid for was not completed as agreed. I am requesting appropriate compensation or a resolution to address the unfinished portion of the move.

I can’t say enough great things about Reyes and Sergio. They handled a very packed truck and long hike to get our items. Bery professional and polite. Did everything we asked, even helped set up furniture and organized our things by room. Great find!

Reyes and Chris were the two gentlemen that delivered the UBOX and held load it up. I just have to say - these two guys really were 'gentlemen' in terms of politeness, cordiality, and good-naturedness. On the other hand, they were also very hardworking, efficient, intelligent, and expert at all the activities involved with this job, including getting boxes down to the UBOX and then packing the UBOX with extreme space efficiency, speed, and stability-safety - including the intelligent-expert use of ropes and blankets as supplied by the UBOX. Sometimes it can be a bit nerveracking to spend several hours with 'strangers' doing the very stressful task of moving and making important related decisions - but Reyes and Chris are the kind of people that make you feel very comfortable and immediately make you feel like you can completely trust them - you get the feeling they really have your best interest in mind. I would recommend 10 of 10. We are grateful to them for making our move enjoyable.
