The Mod Designs team was great! They were professional and efficient and were in communication throughout the day letting me know they would be arriving later than expected due to a move going long earlier in the day. They were also very understanding and communicative when UHaul had not updated my order to 2 uboxes on their end and spent the extra time to get everything sorted out even though it took a significant amount of time and effort. I highly recommend this team!

Issac, Omar, and Josh were the best! We somehow filled our 20ft truck to the brim, and they managed to fit it all perfectly. Everything was wrapped in blankets safety, shrink wrapped, nothing was scratched or broken. No walls dinged either! Couldn't ask for more. Nicest crew every, would absolutely hire them again.

Highly recommend Mod Designs Moving! Five stars all the way! I needed to pack two UBoxes, and the movers did a phenomenal job maximizing the space. To ensure everything could fit, they disassembled my furniture for free and professionally packed up the rest of my things. I would have been completely lost without them today. Super professional, responsible, and efficient. So happy with their service!

We hired Mod Movers for our NYC apartment move, and based on their positive reviews, our expectations were high. Sadly, those expectations were not met. Scheduled for 11am on June 29th, the team was still completing a job in Philadelphia with no communication. After reaching out multiple times for updates, we learned they wouldn't reach us until 6-7pm -- and then they went to the wrong U-Haul facility. The correct U-Haul was over an hour away and would close before they could retrieve our U-Boxes, pushing the job to the following day. Since Tuesday was our final lease day, my wife and I had to help carry belongings to the street just to meet our deadline. The movers did not always handle our items with care while packing. When we requested compensation for the 27-hour delay, we received only a $40 refund of the proof of insurance with no further acknowledgment of failing to complete the job on time. The job got done, but not on time, not with care, and not with accountability.
