Extremely courteous and proficient. They brought all tools and packing supplies to the job and made sure everything was packed right. I would recommend them to anyone. Patient and cautious movers. You cannot go wrong by hiring them.

The Mod Designs team was great! They were professional and efficient and were in communication throughout the day letting me know they would be arriving later than expected due to a move going long earlier in the day. They were also very understanding and communicative when UHaul had not updated my order to 2 uboxes on their end and spent the extra time to get everything sorted out even though it took a significant amount of time and effort. I highly recommend this team!

A box was broken when I receive it, but it's not rare during moves so I would still give 5 stars. Overall the communications with Mod Designs were very good, and they are on time.
