This is our second job with Mod Movers and Javier and Isaac handled packing and loading both times. We loved the service so much the first time, we hired Mod to handle part two of the big move. Gentlemen were very polite, quick moving, and complimented me on the way my POD was packed up. I asked of they were hiring, but it seems they thought I was kidding! First time using a U-Box and this was for a cross-country move. I really can't say enough positive things about working with Mod Designs. As soon as I reserved my move-out loading help, I received a text just confirming the dates and location. The immediate human interaction was much appreciated. Isaac and Javier arrived with the container and assessed my studio apartment. I had several loose items that wouldn't fit nicely in a brown box, including a small kitchen table for two, a large throw rug, and a mini decorative tree. They made it all fit with some room to spare! They also brought some wrap that was perfect for my mattress and smaller furniture to keep safe in the u-box. Looking at how they packed it in, I wouldn't have had the same thought process, but clearly these guys know how to maximize these U-Boxes. Thank you again for helping an otherwise stressful life event progress so smoothly!
