Came late for the job. Had to contact them multiple time to get the status on where they are, and how long it's going to take them etc. The furniture loading was done in time but, they loaded the furniture in such a manner that lots of furniture got chip damages. I would not recommend.

I created an uHaul account just to give Taylor from Grade A Movers 5 stars. He was very nice, polite, and got the job done quickly. I order 2 hours with him, but then realized that it was not enough during the move. Taylor offered us one extra hour and got everything done. Highly recommend !

I needed help to have my backyard cleaned out. It was a tough job. But I gave them parameters. My U-Haul truck is less than half full. They only stacked things about four feet high. They left things out on account of possibly breaking them, yet when I went in there, I found very important ceramic lamps on their side in the middle of all the stuff, not protected. So really, you don’t care about not breaking things. I have Away more items that could have gone in there and the truck is again, only half full. Now I have to go repack their shit job and finish the construction I was doing. What a waste of money.
