I hired this team again for a second day of moving, and they were just as impressive. Great job by a hard working team. They let us know they had another job in the AM and gave us an estimated start time. Then he reached out the day of the move to give me an update and confirmed his exact arrival time. They worked hard and were very nice to work with. They knew how to separate our large recliner sofas which made everything fit into the truck. Highly recommend.

Service was great while performing the job. However, when I called to get an ETA on their arrival, his response was (oh was that today). They were supposed to arrive between 1-2 PM but didn’t arrive until 530 PM. He was very apologetic about the misunderstanding but needless to say I was forced to return the UHaul truck a day late. Fortunately, the UHaul yard allowed me to drop it off the following day first thing in the morning. It was a very inconvenient and stressful afternoon.
