Very responsive and professional. The owner, Frank, and helper Patrick are the epitome of what customer service and knowing their craft is all about. From the moment they arrived on site they took charge of the situation and made sure that every item was handled with great care and handled safely. Even more impressive was the enthusiasm and caring they displayed in making sure that every item was placed where we wanted once unloaded from the truck. They should really make a 6th star for this company, especially given the heavy rain that persisted throughout the day. Will definitely reach out to UpTown Loaders & Transport next time I need items professionally moved.

The two movers were the absolute best! They were moving on a hot and humid day and didn't stop to rest. They took the absolute best care of our possessions and fit everything we wanted. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They arrived right on time and were very polite. Five stars all around!

Frank and PJ were phenomenal throughout the whole process and were very efficient loading and unloading the U-Haul. I would not hesitate to book with Uptown Loaders + Transport LLC. I could not have been more thankful to have PJ and Frank’s help with the move.

The guys that came were friendly but professional and on time. I booked for just unloading and they help organize and move stuff around. They were careful with the furnitures.

Came early that saved me an extra rent on truck. Did a great job moving things around to fit it all and leave space for access. Gave a hefty tip.

I chose the worst day to move. We had thunderstorms and flash floods, but everything got moved safely and without damage. Thanks again!!
