David (the owner) was really great with communication pre-move, so I was more than confident that the day-of would go smoothly. The guys arrived on time, getting me quickly into my fifth floor walkup. It did feel a bit rushed--a couple of my boxes were placed upside down and unless I was in the room, things were placed randomly without checking with me as to where they should go. Overall, they did a great job with such a slog of a move (four flights of stairs!) and everyone was professional and polite throughout, so I would definitely recommend them.
