If I could give zero stars, I would. I contracted Home Sweet Moves for three movers, but only two arrived, and I was forced to sign a new contract on moving day when no alternatives were available (Friday at 12pm). Despite fewer movers, I was charged nearly the same rate (only $10 lower per hour) and had to lift and move many items myself. The movers dragged my furniture across the floor instead of lifting it and did not properly wrap or protect several fragile pieces, even when asked. They also failed to complete the job. They left my heavy etched glass dining table abandoned in the foyer instead of delivering it to my apartment next door. A neighbor helped me move it, and the glass was already broken when we found it. I documented the damage with photos, but the company denied responsibility. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company for reliability, professionalism or care of property.

Home sweet movers made it easy to book, especially in last minute emergencies like my situation, so very accommodating and helpful in every facet. Angel and Jonathan,.. well honestly I don’t think I have ever seen anyone lift carry, shuffle and move as fast as they did! Meticulously fitting all the furniture in the truck. Honestly the hardest workers I have encountered in a long time. They were careful and respectful outright professional. I will definitely be looking forward to further moving services in the future by home sweet movers, it doesn’t get better than them! I would definitely give more than five stars, truly could not thank them enough.

These guys are great. No-nonsense, quick, communicative and kind. They know what they’re doing when they load and unload, and were very careful not to break or scratch anything. Best movers I’ve had, will definitely reach out to them again.

Extremely responsive during what was a stressful move. Their communication made everything go much smoother. In addition, the two members that came out to help were quick, efficient, and careful with the items. They were done within an hour!
