They said we were their last job and it was hot. They did not maximize space. He said how I packed was stupid mind I had plastic storage bins. I told him I was more concerned with the furniture being packed first. They took half and left the rest and told us just order another box. At a certain point they started shoving things in. They broke a lot of my daughters toys and keepsakes. We asked them why they can’t put the heavy storage bins at the bottom and build it up to maximize space he said he’s been moving for years and he knows what he is doing. In the end we had to empty all the boxes they packed and repacked it. We even showed the uhaul pick up person the disaster cause she could of picked up our boxes early but we showed her that we had to repack and.she agreed . In the end we packed 90 percent of the stuff in the original 3 boxes and did order another box to make sure and that was half full.

Great communication and service within 24 hours of ordering the movers in a pinch. They were extremely helpful, careful, and went above and beyond when helping me set-up my TV. I would highly recommend these movers.
