They were over 2 hours late and smelled like pot

I set up a time with the helper at the loading address and then we were supposed to drive to the new address (just 3 blocks away from the initial address) and unload the stuff. I informed him about the time-sensitive situation because I scheduled a freight elevator at the second address. The helper was 30 minutes late, and didn’t provide any help at the loading address. I had to do the work with 2 friends. I couldn’t wait for the helper because we needed to be at the new address to use the freight elevator. He showed up at the new address and helped a lot with unloading. Overall I was satisfied with his work at the unloading address but disappointed because he didn’t respect the time and didn’t help us at all at the loading address.

These guys were amazing! They did such an incredible job of moving my stuff and were careful with my belongings. They worked quickly and efficiently and ended up being able to get my two boxes of stuff down to one! Couldn't recommend them highly enough!

Only 1 out of the 2 requested movers turned up. Nonetheless, I was charged for 2 people since we went over time to finish the job with my help. I wish I could have paid for 1.5 people instead.

Only one out of two movers turned up for the job. The one who came was very efficient and professional. I was a little disappointed that they charged me for 2 people nonetheless since I held the mover for 1 hour extra.
