The contact information for the company is incorrect. Ronald arrived an hour and 20 minutes late. Not all items were moved to storage and the 2 total hours were not used. I felt forced to release the payment code although the amount to be paid was incorrect and after I contacted customer service for assistance with no resolution.

They packed the truck innefficiently such that I had to get another twenty foot truck the following weekend to complete the move. Then when my U-haul had a flat tire, they said they would refund me the last two hours since they weren't working but asked for my payment code and gave me a phone number to call to get the refund. When I called the phone number the operator told me they were being dishonest and there was nothing she could do about the refund because I had already given them the payment code.
