We paid for four hours. They were done in three. The first two hours they did great. It was clear they knew how to load a moving van. Then the last hour went off the rails. They started off so well that we didn’t really check the end of the job and that’s on us. Stuff was just tossed in. A recliner was precariously balanced on a chest. Nothing was secured in any way. If they had been running out of time, I could understand, but with an hour left they were already paid for, it was a very disappointing finish.

Calling them professionals is like calling a toddler with a plastic shovel a professional sandcastle builder. They both move stuff around, but accomplish zero results! Late does not begin to describe their tardiness. They confirmed they would arrive between 2-3 pm. Instead they arrive after 4 pm! They do so without any tools or work gloves and without apology. During what they made to be a arduous process of moving a sectional sofa, they put a hole in the wall. I had provided instructions on where the furniture and wardrobe boxes were to be unloaded. Only the sectional sofa made it to the proper room, with a number of boxes and other items never finding their place on the second floor. Aside from the few large items they carried (albeit muddled), I would have been the better to ask friends and family to do the job.
