Took twice as long and cost twice as much. They don't put anything together so literally I just got my stuff into the house and some in the wrong places. I paid extra for an additional helper that proved to be a waste of money.

The excellent communication 3 weeks ahead with Kizzie (sp?) in office made is the reason my Ubox shipped long distance on time without any of the issues I read about in Google reviews for other companies in the area. The Ubox is a great way to move but there are a lot of steps and details you don’t realize unless you have rented and shipped on through Uhaul before. Koss’s expertise and clear communication of next step was worth more than what I paid. Of course the container delivery and unloading experience was consistent with their MANY 5 star reviews - flawless. Thank you KOSS. You made my move a good experience.
