Mark, the owner, and 2 movers did a very poor and unprofessional job. Mark had a verbal confrontation with my new neighbor regarding the moving truck. He took the keys without asking and moved the truck in a way that blocked the flow of traffic. While moving he dropped multiple boxes clearly marked fragile, then picking them up and shook them to see if they were broken. He also demanded the payment code prior to starting the move and I didn’t not feel comfortable telling him to wait until the move was finished, because I was alone in the apartment and I’m a young woman. Mark also argued with my roommate when he asked Mark not to shake the boxes after he dropped them. Mark became confrontational towards my roommate and left without warning before the job was complete, and called the movers after to tell them to leave without completing the move. Mark also jammed the dolly into the door frame repeatedly and became increasingly erratic and unstable prior to leaving.
