They took my boxes and were gone for over an hour without me. Who knows if they went through it and or took items out. Not professional at all. They left part way through to pick a third person up and so the process took a lot longer than it should have. It was very frustrating. Also after on 1 hr 25 minutes they ask for payment. I told them that it had not been two hours with two people. They acted like I was asking for something above and beyond. The advertising stated; continued services with any home projects (when I asked they said only move items no help beyond that), careful with your belongings (they broke a jewelry box and didn’t apologize). willing to stay late for your convenience (they tried to leave 35 minutes early and wanted full payment. Overall not professional and don’t know if my items were stolen since they took them for over an hour without me. Do I have any recourse for a poor job?

The first Moving Help contractor ghosted us. Ax call to dispatch and they quickly found TTS Moving to step in the gap on a moments notice and get us unpacked. To show how dedicated they are to customer service they interrupted a job they were on to come and bail us out of a bind. I was incredibly impressed. They were friendly, very helpful, and went the extra mile in helping us. I highly recommend this team to help with your move.

Arrived late and sick. Grumpy, uncommunicative, slow. The guy they hired off Facebook to help was great- enthusiastic, careful, a good communicator. Found out later they were paying a pittance. We supplemented that generously and hired him the next day to help some more. Evidently the original unloaded was sick, so maybe she shouldn’t have been there, because a couple of my family members who really shouldn’t have been lifting anything were doing much of the hauling.we tried to terminate the contract because she was slowing down the process and was rude to her helper and all of us. Finally we got the job done and sent her off with no tip and nothing good to say. Would not hire again.

The move coordination was excellent.There was two young ladies that provided this move and they performed in an exemplary manor.The lead lady was Taylor the owner's daughter.She was the most hard working person I have ever witnessed.The second lady was Kyrie as hard working as Taylor.If you request these two people you'll get the best move ever.Thank you Toni (owner) for a great experience.....
