Called to confirm the appointment right away, patiently explained how they would be loading the truck, flexible, helped make sure the furniture was protected well before they loaded it. Helped make sure the unloaded boxes or furniture were situated well before they left. Were careful handling fragile and heavy things well. Kind, helpful people!

I hired them for 3 hours and ended up paying additional 1 hours. 1 mover keep complaining how heavy the furnitures are . I really needed someone to move my French door fridge . All the measuring and removing parts of the fridge and still didn’t make it to my new house. Paying additional hours . They still have 30 minutes remaining and they are saying they are leaving so my husband was mad . Out of 4 hours they wasted 1 hour how to get the fridge out of the door.
