The movers (kevin and friend) were complaining from beginning to end and rushed the job. They were hired for three hours to off load the truck and did the work in 1hr30mins, damaging my furniture in the process and leaving everything in a mess. They refused to carry my chair saying it was above 500lbs and that was their limit. Information that was never disclosed prior. My job was left incomplete and I ended up with damaged furniture. I will never hire a team like this. U-Haul should not recommend movers like this

Kevin and Greg did a great job helping me move from an apartment to a house with 30 minutes of travel between locations. Kevin was easy to communicate with prior to move and they were both extremely professional and efficient; friendly and easy to chat with. They navigated the apartment building’s narrow stairs and took good care of my furniture and belongings. I’d highly recommend them and book them again for my next move!
