Helpers stayed an extra hour doing nothing because the key was misplaced and still charged me a extra hour saying that it was for labor when we didn’t have a key to unload the truck that they had loaded which was time already paid for.

We had an awesome experience with Will & Jacob today. We put in our request at 1am after our other moving services fell through, and Will turned up with help by 11am. We were all packed up by 3pm, and they'll be back tomorrow with an extra set of hands to help us load the truck. Would definitely recommend Top Notch for packing your belongings!
