They were Both professional and polite men!! Did an awesome job!! They had to move some very heavy pieces of furniture...I will absolutely use the service again. I Highly recommend them!! The price was very reasonable!! Great Job guys!! Thanks!!!

The movers was late. I kept getting the runaround for 2 hours. They charged me an extra $60 cash due to their lacking. They damaged my couch trying to throw it over the balcony. Cracked the corner of my t.v.. Broke and lost the ball for my dresser, and air fryer.

Big Boy Movers promised to be at my house by 9 or 930. They did not show until 1030. Once they were done loading the truck they stated they wouldn’t be able to do anything but unload quickly after promising me to put the beds together. I had to remind them, they did put 2 out of 3 back together. They rushed to unload my things and ended up breaking a part of my desk and made multiple marks inside my new apartment walls and door. I ended up a very frustrated customer.
