Luke and his co-worker arrived on time and started moving the furniture and boxes immediately. As the owner of the moving service, Luke was very professional and communicative. There were a couple of times when he did have to help motivate his co-worker and ask him to change how fragile items were placed, but overall, it was a good moving experience.

The team leader is pretty experienced and it took more than 4 hours to load and unload our rented 20 feet Uhaul truck. They are friendly, warm, and courteous. They are college kids. They are strong.

Luke and his partner (I don't remember his name, sorry) were awesome. They were prompt, courteous and hardworking. They loaded the trailer within an hour and a half. They had sweat pouring down their brow, but didn't complain once about what a hot day it was! They referred to their boss, Ollie, as the packing master, but they successfully packed and snapped a picture to send to Ollie, who was vacationing in Ireland (wish we were there!) Magic Carpet Movers were such a big help getting the furniture down the stairs for this 60 year old mom! They offer one of the best hourly rates. They called me within 12 hours of scheduling them through Moving Help and were able to accommodate us for the ti.e we needed them. Tipped the guys when they were finished.
