This was a very disappointing experience. I anticipated and desired having 2 strong movers that would work efficiently in loading my U-Box with stuff from my 1 bedroom apartment with the anticipated completion time being max of 2 hours. However, a small woman and her teenage son were my movers and it took them over 4 hours to move my stuff. They could not figure out how to load my couch into the elevator after around 1 hour of trying to figure it out, and it took me 5 seconds to show them what to do. The man I originally spoke to said he would provide wrapping tape, but he forgot it. I had wrapping tape of my own, but the movers did not use it to wrap my furniture. The movers complained constantly to me about this moving company and told me they were only notified of this job the night prior. Overall, the movers eventually got my U-Box packed, but the experience was awful.
