Movers finished the job in the time allotted with some assistance from me&partner, but handling could have been better. They ripped my shoe carrier before we even left the property, both clothes vaccuum bags were torn apart, and my mattress cover bag was also completely open in the storage unit. They didnt give me a heads up on all the newly broken storage bags, I had to find out myself when I came up from the truck to check on progress of loading the storage unit. Fixing the issues caused significant delays to me personally when wrapping up the rest of my move. I will not know the full extent of further damage until I access boxes in the future. Movers also did not communicate that they didn't have transportation beforehand and requested on site to ride in the truck with me. I had not planned for this as my partner was supposed to drive with me. This resulted in me, a solo woman, riding in a truck with two men I don't know. This should've been relayed earlier or alternatives given.
