I paid for two movers for two hours, instead I got 1 mover for 4 hours, which meant that I had to do half of the work moving heavy objects up three flights of stairs and the move took twice as long. Now Chris the mover is a good guy and he stayed to help me finish the entire move, but he should’ve let me know well ahead of time that he lacked help; instead, he arrived three hours late by himself.
