Tony was great unfortunately the other person JJ was not so much. He broke my side rail for my bed was nice enough to own up to it nonetheless it’s broken. I wanted to chalk it up until I realized the next day that my adjustable bed frame is broken as well. Which is going to result in me purchasing another bed entirely. I tried contacted the person that was handling the communication via text just to never receive a reply. Tony really worked hard I just wish that he had someone other than JJ helping. While Tony was great overall my experience has been less than stellar.
