Booked for 3 hours because that's how long it took me to load the truck last time and they had it done in an hour! Holy cow! Dale was really on top of the logistical aspect, too. He was flexible when I requested to change our start time the day before and was understanding when a U-Haul snafu made me arrive late the day of.

Multiple pieces of furniture have new scrapes or dents in them. They were definitely speedy, but maybe a little slower would have prevented damage.
