We have used moving help through UHaul at least 6 times now and always had a good experience- until using One Call Move. This experience could not have been much worse. We scheduled for 0745 with the mover with 2 movers for 3 hours. The first guy showed up at 0900, but the second guy didn’t arrive until 1045am (the scheduled end time). Both arrived via rideshare and the first one asked for a ride between the 2 scheduled locations. The first mover attempted to move as much as he could on his own but was very rough and not respectful of belongings. He dragged stuff across our floors and turned furniture with dull drawers upside down without removing drawers. He smashed a dresser - which we did get a $80 refund for. The owner paid for the dresser but wouldn’t even respond to messages about the timing and professionalism. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

These guys went above and beyond. I had originally booked them for a Saturday, called them on Friday to see if they would be able to come Friday afternoon instead. They said they had a job that would wrap up at about 6 and be where I needed them by 7. I will admit I was afraid they would be tired after working all day. Boy was I wrong, these guys showed up and moved faster than I could tell them where things went. Nice, respectful and careful with my stuff. Holy moly they were fast. Great experience!

Dre, Mark, and Mari did an excellent job on my move. They took great care of all my belongings and had everything done in a timely manner. Couldn't recommend them enough!!!

Showed up on time, handled their business like pros and were fun. Chris was super helpful with an Allan wrench to help take apart a bedframe. Would use again!
