Movers arrived and told me I had booked a 1-bedroom apartment. They had requested pictures via text prior 2 days prior to arrival. I told them there was no way I could do that and that it was a 1,900 sq ft home. All communication via text. They texted me the day of the loading and told me they would be an hour later than we had agreed on. Upon arrival they acted surprised at the job size and said they really weren't supposed to do the job, but they did it. They loaded my china hutch with the shelves in place. They all shattered during the move. The overall loading experience was far from satisfactory.

Impossible Movers got it done much better and faster than we could have on our own. They showed up, had their equipment out and ready, got started quickly and worked tirelessly. We had a trailer of ‘need now’ things and an onsite Zippy Shell storage pod. Late Friday night we booked for our move Sunday afternoon of a hot Memorial weekend. I would call Impossible Movers in a heartbeat again without hesitation. Masters of Tetris for sure!
