Koran and Kevin were great. They worked efficiently without stopping until they were finished. They padded and wrapped all the furniture so that it arrived at my new house safe and undamaged. They were very friendly and easy to work with. I would definitely use them again. on all furniture so that it arrived safely We’re very personable and friendly.

We had a wonderful experience with Smart Choice movers!! They certainly live up to their name! We were delayed getting to Cincinnati with our U-Haul and they graciously accommodated our new arrival time. They showed up ready to work with great attitudes and were very helpful to us!! They had to navigate a very old apartment building taking all our belongings up to the fourth floor with no elevator and they did it with smiles on their faces!! Their calm demeanor was very much appreciated. We will definitely use them again! Shout out to our crew..Karan (very communicative to us before and during the move) , Keith (moved furniture around for my daughter when she decided she wanted some things changed), Isaiah (also very helpful and calm and willing to do whatever we needed ) and there was one other person who I feel really bad that I can’t remember his name but he was also very helpful!! Great experience!

Overall, they were great; they showed up on time, were very organized, and very nice. Three people showed up when we were only expected two, but we were not charged for the extra person as one was in training. The truck was loaded very quickly.
