James and Darius were easy to work with once they were here. Communication before the moving day was not clear; after I made two phone calls (left message in morning and got through to James at 7pm night before - still no confirmation of start time) final confirmation text came at midnight. Better communication would have made the move better overall as to what we were moving as well. But again, once here, both guys were super nice, effective, fun and did what they could to fill the moving van for us. Tipped both with cash on site.

I cannot say enough good things about James and his partner from Certified Helpers! From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and incredibly respectful with me and my belongings. They arrived on time, worked nonstop, and handled everything with care. Moving is stressful, but they made the entire process smooth and surprisingly easy.
