The unloading crew was very professional and handled all of our belongings with great care. They worked efficiently, were respectful, and placed everything where we wanted it. The entire unloading process was smooth, and I have no complaints. Highly recommend them. 5 out of 5 stars!

Smoove Moves showed up on time and the movers themselves were polite, but unfortunately our experience was very disappointing overall. The three movers arrived smelling strongly of marijuana, and after they left, our apartment still smelled like weed. Their packing quality was also poor. They did not properly wrap or protect our furniture, handled items carelessly, and packed the truck so inefficiently that we are now having to unload and completely repack it ourselves before our move. At this point, we are genuinely concerned about what may be scratched, damaged, or broken when we unload at our destination. While I appreciate that they arrived on schedule and were friendly, I would not hire or recommend this company again.
