We were unable to latch and lock the U-boxes. The loader stated because the boxes were on an incline. He said the forklift driver would take care of it on Monday.

Robert was great! He called to discuss the items in my ubox, was very friendly and thorough. I didn’t catch the name of the other mover that came along but they both were so polite and handled all of my items with care. Before they were finished they offered to rearrange my boxes in the rooms where I wanted them and were very gracious when leaving. This was a 10 out of 10 experience and for the price 15 out of 10. Would highly recommend these guys.
