My payment allowed for 2 full hours of service. All of the tasks were completed to complete satisfaction inside of 45 minutes. Maybe even 30 minutes. Some type of financial refund would be greatly appreciated. Both of the movers were of great knowledge and provided an enormous amount of help. They were also polite, friendly and professional. I would absolutely hire them again.

Scheduled the night before. They agreed they could get a crew at the requested time then asked for delays and were still late. That was fine, but we didn't notice until afterwards the mess that was left behind. Our walls are all scuffed up and there are handprints on everything from dirty gloves. Our couch is completely covered in them. Would have preferred to be turned away rather than squeezed in between other jobs. It just added more work for us and seemed to stress the crew out too.
