Prior to the move, I did receive a phone call to coronadite the moving of my items. Upon arrival the two movers were very nice. I explained to them first thing that my sofa was not going to fit but they told me that it would and took it downstairs. I told them if they wanted to take the sofa out, the legs would need to be removed. This was not done at first and damage was caused to my apartment wall. When they got it downstairs unfortunately it did not fit and instead of putting pads down, it was placed in the parking lot. Oil got all over my sofa. They broke my bookcase, dresser and also dragged my 55-inch TV that was in at TV box. Instead of throwing the broken bookcase in the trash can, it was thrown in the recycling bin, and I had to find help with removing this as my Property Manager told them not put the broken bookcase in there and they did anyways. All my items did not fit and with the help of a friend, I was able to repack the pods and get everything to fit.
