Due to a previous customer adding services the movers were delayed in arriving by 2 hours. They arrived after 60 percent of the truck was unloaded already. They helped complete the unload in about 30 minutes and also assisted in unpacking the furniture wraps and folding the moving pads. Once they arrived things were fine just sucked that they were held up by the previous customer.

The company is a joke. Didn’t have dollys, I was in contact with two different moving teams from the company, and I had to go rent a dolly because neither team had one. Team was three hours late. Then after the move the team that eventually helped me was never paid by the owner and was blocked from him. Terrible company and owner.

I ordered moving help for 2 hours, they were there for one. One of the two gentleman spent half an hour of that sitting on the curb on his phone. The other gentleman knocked over my $1,600 DJ Controller, and played it off like nothing. I contacted them to let them know about the damage due to knocking it over and they stopped responding via text and call. I loaded the U-Haul mostly myself, and lifted most of the heavy items myself due to them being 3 hours LATE.
