We were very impressed with the efficiency and kindness of the Power Movers crew. They had the availability to stay until our large truck was fully unloaded on Christmas Eve. Such a blessing for a family with toddlers, helping to move our elderly parents! Thank you!!

They called at 1149am to inform me that they would arrive in 10 to 15 minutes. My appointment was at 12 noon. By 1210 I noticed they had not come nor had. They reached out to me to give me an update on their estimated time of arrival. I called them. No answer. I called back and again no answer. At 1230 PM they showed up and apologized for not returning my calls after I mentioned they were late. They immediately got to work. They worked as a team. They were efficient. There were a couple of near misses with some fragile items. They were friendly. My couple of suggestions is to arrive on time because customers are usually on a very tight schedule with returning equipment. And lastly, do not show up smelling like marijuana.

Power Movers was prompt and extremely professional!! I used their services for help with loading my moving truck and I’m glad I did. The truck was packed with care and consideration. They even helped me remove and reattached the car dolly, making departure effortless. I would have struggled on my own. Moving day would have been extremely stressful without their assistance. Jawhari n Dante (spelling may be off) were great and made quick work of unloading our stocked 6x12 trailer into a storage unit. They then followed us home to unload the things that couldn’t fit. Overall, a great experience.
