One of the gentleman that showed up was great! Really hard worker, and got the uhaul packed without issue. Though when moving to the unload with a different helper, a bookshelf was placed carelessly and toppled, breaking it. When I spoke with the manager, there were nothing but issues. Though whatever, I will work with the uhaul insurance over the broken bookcase. After waiting a couple of days to cool down from how they treat their customers, I received an unprofessional text from their manager claiming I left a negative review on Google, that I hadnt left. The treatment and accusations are a reflection of their inner workings. Buyer beware, they are unprofessional and rude. Will never use them again and highly recommend finding a different solution. Not what I expected after paying over $900.
