We hired this team to unload our U-Haul, and they exceeded our expectations. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and handled all of our belongings with great care. The crew we had last time was outstanding! But this time, there was no attention to detail, truck packing was loose and there was damage left to the house Dent in an interior wall where furniture was allowed to fall against it Hardwood floor was scratched in dining room NOTE we are selling this house and closing tomorrow and now we have to let the new owners know of this recent damage Overall moving experience was not good

I hired this company for a 5-hour unload of a fully packed 26ft Penske truck. I provided all job details upfront, yet the crew was unable to finish within the agreed timeframe due to a slower-than-expected pace. I had to hire additional movers to complete the job, costing me extra money and time. Toward the end, one crew member dropped multiple totes while carrying too many at once and showed little concern and even joked about it rather than picking it up. The value did not match what I paid. If booking for a large move, I’d recommend asking detailed questions about crew experience beforehand. I’d advise to spend your money and time on another moving company.
