Coordination of this move was poor. Only one mover showed up and the job required two. There were two couches, a bed, and two swivel chairs to be packed into the U-Haul box. I had to assist him in lifting and moving the heavy items. The worker was very competent and cordial (I tipped him well!), but we were unable to get everything into one box. He kindly went back to UHaul for another box (I had to pay for another delivery and packing). The mover said he was told it would only be boxes he would be packing and no furniture. It was nearly all furniture.

I was desperate to get a mover after firing another. Kevin jumped in and made sure I had him and his team at my home the next morning. He kept me informed throughout the entire process. This was one of the best moving experiences we have ever had. Being new to the area can be a bit daunting, but they made us feel welcome. They made sure to give us updates with where they were and when they would get to us. They were so fast with the unloading as well! They made sure to make us aware of anything they thought might be a concern before proceeding with moving. They were so helpful with giving us information about the area and places to go eat, which is a plus for us foodies. I would trust to use them again we ever needed more moving help.
