The only downside we’re the movers were a 20 minutes late to agreed appointment. Aside from being late the overall service was great. They were organized, quick, and loaded all everything in an efficient manner.

Communication prior to movers arriving wasn’t great, I was told they would arrive around 9 and they arrived after 10 but I wouldn’t hold that against the movers, I think it was just poor communication with the office. Once the movers were here they did a fantastic job and were professional and friendly. There were a lot of stairs to move up and down and they did it all without any issues. I’d recommend if you’re looking for unloading help.

The movers got right to work and did everything very quickly which was appreciated! Only negative is there were a few scratches and a dent on some of the furniture pieces, mainly the bed rails and table legs. Not the end of the world but could have been a little more careful with the smaller pieces. Either way, id recommend them and would hire again!

when the two gentlemen arrived, they came in a car. I asked where their truck was and they asked if I ordered through Uhaul website. I said yes, they said then I needed to rent a truck. However, if I reserved through their website, the truck would be included on the order. This information is not clear on the website. I then ran around with U-Haul and rented a smaller 10' truck. The two gentlemen waited patiently while I got the truck. They were very kind and courteous. They tried very hard to move a couple pieces of furniture up a spiral staircase. I went over the original two hours by one hour. they were great, I tipped them both cash for their work.
