I recently had movers who were incredibly helpful and enthusiastic to help and offer their help where they saw it could be needed. My experience with Moving Help was not quite that. Although the movers were kind and mostly professional, I rate them 3 out of 5 stars overall. At first, they were really nice and friendly but after about an hour into the service, they seemed to get very tired and not very enthusiastic to help. One mover more so than the other. But I felt like they were just waiting for me to tell them that everything was done after a little over an hour. I was not 100 percent satisfied with the service. I think it would make it better if they were enthusiastic to help and not seem like they were trying to leave early even when I booked a 2 hour moving help service. I wouldn’t book with this company again or recommended it to anyone.

Crew was very courteous and respectful but unloading should have easily been finished in 2 hours. Also, the request to move my trailer so that it blocked a row of parked cars was not a good idea and should not have been requested by movers. If I had done this, I could have easily wasted 0.5 hour of moving time with having to close up the ramp, move trailer, wait on car to move in or out, pulling it back around into the same spot and opening it back up again. It wasn't that far from the spot that I originally parked it in. Again, unloading two 6x12 trailers should have been done in 2 hours.
